How long does each appointment or session last
Each appointment can last from 30 minutes up to 2 hours depending on what service you get. One service is typically 30 minutes to an hour. Bundles take a little bit longer.

What should i do in between sessions?

They are the same except cavitation is done only one area of your body (stomach, neck, arms etc.) vs 360 lipo is done on your entire mid section area including stomach, sides, and any back fat that you may have. So you lose the fat In a shorter period of time (same day).
